If you were looking for www.ksrequipment.com or www.hollandandsons.com, you are in the right place. On January 25th, KSR Equipment and Holland and Sons merged together to form Prairie State Tractor.
Prairie State Tractor is now the responsible John Deere dealer for the territory as far west as the Mississippi River, extending up to the Wisconsin border, and down into Central Illinois. Dealership locations will continue to operate out of Dixon, Freeport, Geneseo, Lacon, Mendota, Pontiac, Princeton, and Streator. The Mendota location will serve as the corporate headquarters.

About Prairie State Tractor LLC
The former organization of Prairie State Tractor, Inc. was first established in Mendota, IL in 1972 by Gary Holland. Since, Holland and Sons has acquired four additional dealership locations throughout Northern Illinois. The former partnership of Kelly Sauder Rupiper Equipment LLC, also known as KSR Equipment, began in 2003 with the merger of three long standing John Deere Dealerships in North Central Illinois: Gardner Sales & Service of Pontiac, IL, Sauder Implement of Streator, IL and Rupiper Equipment of Lacon, IL. Now united as Prairie State Tractor, the dealership will continue to serve the Northern and Central Illinois community by offering equipment, parts and service for the full John Deere agriculture, lawn and garden, landscaping and grounds care, and compact construction product lines.
